Classes are mixed. Some nights will predominate with Hatha Yoga techniques. Other nights Kundalini Yoga.

Kundalini Yoga
-Techniques practiced via the Teachings of Yogi Bhajan from teacher Manuals.
-Techniques used from David Shannoahoff-Khalsa’s book “Sacred Therapies: The Kundalini Yoga Meditation Handbook for Mental Health.”
Hatha Yoga
-Techniques centered around holding postures for greater flexibility.
-Meditations with the Breath
Moving Mediation
-Principles of Qi-Gong infused with different moving postures.
